Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Corliss Avenue from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Eighty-fifth Street; Latona Avenue from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Eighty-fifth Street; Woodlawn Avenue and First Avenue Northeast from Latona Avenue to North and East Eighty-fifth Street; Second Avenue Northeast from Woodlawn Avenue to East Eighty-fifth Street; East Seventy-sixth Street and Longwood Place from Latona Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; East Seventy-seventh Street from Latona Avenue to Fourth Avenue Northeast; Fourth Avenue Northeast from East Seventy-seventh Street to East Eighty-fifth Street; and Sunnyside Avenue from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Eighty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2341 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
