Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-sixth Avenue South, from Day Street to Bayview Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue South and Twenty-eighth Avenue South, each from Atlantic Street to Bayview Street; Bradner Place, from Irving Street to Grand Street; Twenty-ninth Avenue South, from Atlantic Street to Bayview Street; Atlantic Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue South to Twenty-ninth Avenue South; Massachusetts Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue South to Thirty-first Avenue South; and Holgate Street, Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street and Bayview Street, each from Twenty-sixth Avenue South to Thirtieth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2286 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
