Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-third Avenue Northwest, from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-fourth Street; Thirty-fourth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; Thirty-fifth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-second Street; West Seventieth Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-fifth Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-first Street, and West Seventy-second Street, each from Thirty-second Avenue Northwest to Thirty-fifth Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-third Street, West Seventy-fourth Street and West Seventy-fifth Street, each from Thirty-second Avenue Northwest to Thirty-fourth Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2272 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
