Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue West, from West Ray Street to West Etruria Street; Fourth Avenue West, from West Smith Street to One Hundred Eighty (180) feet north of West Dravus Street; Fifth Avenue West, from West Smith Street to West Bertona Street; West Smith Street, from Seventh Avenue West to Third Avenue West; West Halliday Street, from Third Avenue West to Fourth Avenue West; West Ray Street, from First Avenue West to Fifth Avenue West; West Newell Street, West Armour Street, West Fulton Street, West Barrett Street, West Dravus Street and West Bertona Street, each from Third Avenue West to Fifth Avenue West; Humes Place, from Fourth Avenue West Fifth Avenue West; West Florentia Street, from Third Avenue West to First Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage and by constructing bulkheads where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1781 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
