Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Seventh Avenue Northwest, Sixth Avenue Northwest and Third Avenue Northwest, each from West Fifty-fifth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street; Eighth Avenue Northwest from West Fifty-eighth Street to West Sixtieth Street; West Fifty-eighth Street, from the angle point between First Avenue Northwest and Third Avenue Northwest, to Eighth Avenue Northwest; West Fifty-sixth Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to the center line of Section Twelve (12), Township 25 North, Range 3 East, Williamette Meridian, and West Fifty-fifth Street from Sixth Avenue Northwest on the south to Eighth Avenue Northwest, al in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2271 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
