Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Maynard Avenue; from Washington Street to Street Boulevard and Sixth Avenue South; Sixth Avenue South, from Washington Street to Connecticut Street; Fifth Avenue South, from Main Street to Seattle Boulevard, and Seattle Boulevard, from Fifth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2278 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
