Introduced as Council Bill 9141

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lenora Street, from Westlake Avenue to the alley between Ninth Avenue and Terry Avenue; and Ninth Avenue, from Westlake Avenue to Virginia Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same to a width of twenty (20) feet, and by constructing wooden sidewalks thereon. Provided, however, that The City of Seattle shall expend from the general fund, on account thereof, a sum equal to twenty-five (25) per cent of the cost of the planking in this improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2282 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
