Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from Sixth Avenue South to Fourteenth Avenue South; Maynard Avenue, Seventh Avenue South, Eighth venue South, Ninth Avenue South, Tenth Avenue South and Twelfth Avenue South, each from Jackson Street to King Street; all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick, or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs, and by the construction of necessary sewers and watermains, including hydrants, crosses, tees and other appurtenances and providing for the necessary drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2279 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
