Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South; King Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South; Weller Street, from Eighth Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South; Seventh Avenue South, from Washington Street to Norman Street; Norman Street, from Seventh Avenue South to Seattle Boulevard; Seattle Boulevard, from Plummer Street to Connecticut Street; and Eighth Avenue South, from Weller Street to Connecticut Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2277 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
