Introduced as Council Bill 9137

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue, from Denny Way to the south margin of Vine Street; and Vine Street, from Fifth Avenue to Fourth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing granite curbs, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regarding, the construction, alteration, or extension of concrete sidewalks, the construction, alteration or extension of all sewers and water mains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2346 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
