Introduced as Council Bill 9136

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bellevue Court, in the City of Seattle, from Bellevue Place to Belmont Avenue, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing asphalt or stone gutters, and concrete curbs with granite or armoured concrete corners and including as a part of said improvement the construction of all sewers and watermains with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage and fire protection of said district, (provided where grades exceed eight (8%) per cent stone blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation may be used), all in accordance with Resolution No. 2338 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
