Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Weller Street, from Maynard Avenue to Twelfth Avenue South, and Maynard Avenue, Eighth Avenue South, Ninth Avenue South, Tenth Avenue South and Twelfth Avenue South, each from Weller street to King Street, and Seventh Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to King Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick, or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs, and by the construction of necessary sewers and water mains, including hydrants, crosses, tees and other appurtenances and providing for the necessary drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2327 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
