Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue North and Queen Ann Avenue, each from Ray Street to Florentia Street; First Avenue West, from West Ray Street to West Florentia Street; Ray Street and West Ray Street, from the east margin of Second Avenue North to the west margin of First Avenue West; Florentia Street and West Florentia Street, from east margin o First Avenue North to the west margin of First Avenue West; Newell Street and West Newell Street, Armour Street and West Armour Street; Fulton Street and West Fulton Street, each from First Avenue North to First Avenue West, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, stairways, wooden cross-walks, together with the necessary grading and the necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2299 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City Of Seattle.
