Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue West, Fifth Avenue West, Sixth Avenue West and Third Avenue West, each from West McGraw Street to West Smith Street; West McGraw Street, from the east margin of Third Avenue West to Seventh Avenue West; and West Smith Street, from Second Avenue West to Third Avenue West, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2298 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
