Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-sixth Avenue and Twenty-sixth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Thomas Street, and East Thomas Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue North to East Madison Street, all in the City of Seattle, by laying watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with such gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2310 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
