Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighteenth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Massachusetts Street; Nineteenth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Atlantic Street; Twentieth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Lander Street and from Bay View Street to Massachusetts Street; Valentine Place, from Grand Street to Atlantic Street; Grand Street, from Valentine Place to Twentieth Avenue South; Bay View Street and Wait Street, each from Nineteenth Avenue South to Twenty-first Avenue South; Hanford Street, from Nineteenth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by laying watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with such gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2304 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
