Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Western Avenue, from Seneca Street to Denny Way; also Pike Place from Western Avenue at Virginia Street to Pike Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regarding the same to the elevations established by Ordinance No. 18109, by constructing retaining walls where necessary, by altering, extending or reconstructing watemains and sewers and their appurtenances, where necessary; by grading, regarding or readjusting, as approaches, where necessary, all streets transverse to Western Avenue or Pike Place for a distance back from the margin lines thereof not to exceed two hundred fifty-six (256) feet, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2325 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
