Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-sixth Avenue and Twenty-sixth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Thomas Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue, from East Union Street to East Denny Way; Twenty-eighth Avenue, and Twenty-eighth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Harrison Street; East Pike Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue to Twenty-eighth Avenue; East Pine Street and East Olive Street, east from Twenty-fifth Avenue to Twenty-eighth Avenue; East Howell Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue to Twenty-eighth Avenue; East John Street from East Madison Street to Twenty-eighth Avenue North; East Thomas Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue North to Twenty-eighth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of concrete walks and concrete stairways, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2264 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
