Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Seventy-fourth Street and West Seventy-fourth Street, North Seventy-ninth Street and West Seventy-ninth Street, each from Fremont Avenue to Eighth Avenue Northwest; North Seventy-fifth Street and West Seventy-fifth Street, North Seventy-seventh Street and West Seventy-seventh Street, North Seventy-eighth Street and West Seventy-eighth Street, each from Greenwood Avenue to Eighth Avenue Northwest; North Eighty-first Street and North Eighty-second Street, each from Fremont Avenue to Greenwood Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2250 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
