Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Seventy-eighth Street from East Green Lake Boulevard to the alley West of Meridian Avenue; Bagley Avenue and Bagley Avenue produced from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Eighty-fifth Street; Crescent Place from Olympic Court to Bagley Avenue; Olympic Place; North Seventy-seventh Street from East Green Lake Boulevard to the alley west of Bagley Avenue, and Meridian Avenue from North Seventy-seventh Street to North Eighty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, manholes, catch-basins, flush-tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1958 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
