Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Seventy-first Street, East Seventy-second Street and East Seventy-third Street, each from Woodlawn Avenue to one hundred twenty (120) feet west from Twelfth Avenue Northeast; Woodlawn Avenue, from Latona Avenue to Ravenna Boulevard; Tenth Avenue Northeast and Eleventh Avenue Northeast, each from East Seventy-third Street to East Seventy-fifth Street East Seventy-fourth Street, from Fifth Avenue Northeast to East Seventy-third Street; Fourth Avenue Northeast, from Woodlawn Avenue to East Seventy-fifth Street; Fifth Avenue Northeast from East Seventy-fourth Street to East Seventy-third Street; Maple Leaf Place, from Woodlawn Avenue to Sixth Avenue Northeast; Fifth Avenue Northeast, from Maple Leaf Place to East Eighty-fifth Street; East Seventy-fifth Street, from Fifth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast; Banner Place and East Seventy-fourth Street from East Seventy-fifth Street to Tenth Avenue Northeast; East Seventy-sixth Street and East Seventy-seventh Street, each from Fifth Avenue Northeast to Eighth Avenue Northeast; East Seventy-eighth Street; East Seventy-ninth Street; East Eightieth Street; East Eighty-first Street; East Eighty-second Street; East Eighty-third Street and East Eighty-fourth Street, each from Fifth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, manholes, catch-basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1956 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
