Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Arc Avenue, from West Holgate Street to Walnut Avenue; West Holgate Street from 41st Avenue Southwest to Arch Avenue; Walnut Avenue, from West Holgate Street to West Massachusetts Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and the necessary crosswalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2242 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
