Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue Northwest, from Ewing Street to West Forty-fifth Street; Bowdoin Place, from Third Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; Ross Place, from Third Avenue Northwest to Second Avenue Northwest; Second Avenue Northwest, from Ross Place to West Forty-second Street; West Forty-second Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Baker Avenue; and Baker Avenue, from West Forty-second Street to Ross Place, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2194 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
