Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-third Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-second Avenue Northwest; Thirty-second Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-third Street to the south intersection of West Sixty-fourth Street; and West Sixty-fourth Street, from Thirty-second Avenue Northwest to a point two hundred forty (240) feet east of Thirty-fourth Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2192 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
