Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighteenth Avenue North, from the south line of East Roy Street to the north line of East Galer Street; Sixteenth Avenue North, Seventeenth Avenue North, each from the south line of East Roy Street to East Garfield Street; Fifteenth Avenue North, from the south line of East Roy Street to the north line of East Galer Street; Eleventh Avenue North, Twelfth Avenue North, Thirteenth Avenue North and Fourteenth Avenue North, each from the south line of East Roy Street to East Prospect Street; East Ward Street, East Valley Street and East Roy Street, each from Fourteenth Avenue North to Fifteenth Avenue North, and East Aloha Street, from Eleventh Avenue North to Eighteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of lights along the curb line of each side of said streets and avenues as will not consume electric current to exceed that consumed by the arc and incandescent lights now installed in said district, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of such system, the poles to be of such design and construction as will accommodate one ball on the top and in the future will accommodate a three ball cluster system, when the same may be ordered by the City council, in accordance with Resolution No. 2226 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
