Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lafayette Avenue, Beacon Avenue, Eighteenth Avenue South and Nineteenth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Hinds Street, Sixteenth Avenue South and Seventeenth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Spokane Street; Hanford Street from Beacon Avenue to Nineteenth Avenue South; Horton Street and Hinds Street, each from Sixteenth Avenue South to Nineteenth Avenue South; Spokane Street from Sixteenth Avenue South to the east line of Hanson's Park Addition, and Allamo Place, from Horton Street to Hindds Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of cement walks and crosswalks and by the construction of the necessary curbs and gutters and grading and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2247 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
