Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hamlin Street, Edgar Street and Roanoke Street, each from Eastlake Avenue westerly to the streets and platted in Lake Union Shore Lands, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 2165 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
