Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eastern Avenue, from North Fiftieth Street to the south line of Smith's University Addition; and First Avenue Northeast, from North Fiftieth Street to a point seventy-five (75) feet north of the north margin of North Forty-second Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with necessary surface and sub-drainage; provided, however, that on First Avenue Northeast, between the south line of Smith's University Addition and a point seventy-five (75) feet north of the north margin of North Forty-second Street, no concrete sidewalks shall be constructed on the west side of said street; and First Avenue Northeast, from North Forty-second Street to a point seventy-five (75) feet north thereof, by constructing curbs and gutters, together with a concrete walk on the east side of the street, and the alley connecting Eastern Avenue and First Avenue Northeast, between the south line of Smith's University Addition and the Baltimore Addition, by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2240 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
