Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West 63rd Street from 11th Avenue Northwest to 20th Avenue Northwest all in the City of Seattle, by regrading, curbing, constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross alks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2189, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
