Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Grand Street, from the west margin of 14th Avenue South, from the north, to the east margin of 22nd Avenue South, from the north; and from the east margin of 25th Avenue South, from the south, to the east margin of 28th Avenue South, from the south, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
