Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Virginia Street to Denny Way, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb lines of said streets, together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, the poles in all regular blocks to be erected as nearly as may be at intervals of 120 feet, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2230 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
