Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Union Street, from 1st Avenue to Hubbell Way and along Hubbell Way from Union Street to Pike Street; along Pike Street and East Pike Street; and Pine Street and East Pine Street, each form 1st Avenue to Broadway; 4th Avenue, from Pike Street to Pine Street; 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Avenues, each from Union Street to pine Street; Terry, Boren, Minor and Melrose Avenues, each form Pike Street to Pine Street; and Bellevue, Summit, Belmont, Boylston, and Harvard Avenues, each from East Pike Street to East Pine Street, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2206 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
