Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 32nd Avenue and 33rd Avenue, each from a point 300 feet north of East Pike Street to East Denny Way, and East Denny Way from 32nd Avenue to 34th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2198 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
