Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 45th Street, in the City of Seattle, from 15th Avenue Northeast to 19th Avenue Northeast, by grading and curbing the same, and constructing the necessary catch basins, surface and sub-drains, and by constructing concrete sidewalks on the south side of the street, and by connecting the concrete walks with the curbs on the north side of the street; and by constructing wooden crosswalks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2158 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
