Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 3, Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 1, being the alley form East Roy Street to East Aloha Street, and between 12th Avenue North and 13th Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by grading the same and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, and making necessary connections to the existing improvements, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2179 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
