Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Leary Avenue, beginning at Leary Avenue and Market Street; thence Southeast along Leary Avenue to 17th Avenue Northwest; thence east along West 48th Street to 9th Avenue Northwest; thence Southeast to West Kilbourne Street and Kilbourne Street to Evanston Avenue; thence Southeast to Blewett Street and Fremont Avenue; all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing for the establishing of the grades of said Leary Avenue as opened, widened, and extended, and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regarding of said avenue and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades; and for the cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said avenue and approaches thereto; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
