Introduced as Council Bill 8638

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of King Street, in the City of Seattle, from 1st Avenue South to Railroad Avenue, by paving the same with brick or some other suitable material and by the construction of a granite curb and concrete walk on the north side of the street, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2171 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
