Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Harrison Street, from Westlake Avenue North to Fairview Avenue; Thomas Street, from Westlake Avenue North to Boren Avenue North; John Street form Westlake Avenue North to Terry Avenue North; Mercer Street from Westlake Avenue North to Fairview Avenue; Boren Avenue North and Terry Avenue North, each form Denny Way to Mercer Street, all in the City of Seattle by constructing concrete or wooden sidewalks, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2176 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
