Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 9th Avenue South, from the north margin of Stacy Street to Seattle Boulevard; Seattle Boulevard, from 9th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; 8th Avenue South from Seattle Boulevard to Charlestown Street; all in the City of Seattle by replanking the existing bridge to a width of 20 feet with 5 inch planks, provided however, that 25% of the cost of this improvement be borne by the general fund of the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2141 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
