Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of King Street, from 8th Avenue South to 6th Avenue South; Maynard Avenue from King Street to Weller Street; all in the City of Seattle by planking the same with 5 inch planks, roadway 42 feet in width with 12 foot walks on each side; provided however, that 25% of the total cost of this improvement be borne by the general fund, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2142 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
