Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 49, Yesler's 2nd Addition to Seattle, Supplemental, King County, W.T., being the alley from East Madison Street to East Thomas Street, and between 24th Avenue North and 25th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle by grading the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2161 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
