Introduced as Council Bill 8402

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 4, Renton Addition to the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, constructing granite stops, and including as a part of said work the necessary grading, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2126 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
