Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 34th Avenue South from King Street to Day Street; 33rd Avenue South, from King Street to Day Street; 32nd Avenue South and 32nd Avenue South produced, from King Street to a point 200 feet south of the south margin of Irving Street; 31st Avenue South, from Jackson Street to Norman Street; King Street from 33rd Avenue South to 34th Avenue South; Lane Street, from 34th Avenue South to 35th Avenue South; 35th Avenue South, from Lane Street to Charles Street; Charles Street and Charles Street produced, from 31st Avenue South to an outfall in Lake Washington, all in the City of Seattle by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2123 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
