Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 13th Avenue South and 14th Avenue South each from Lander Street to Lyons Street; 15th Avenue South, from Beacon Avenue to the north line of Ladd's 2nd Addition to the City of Seattle; 16th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Spokane Street; Lafayette Avenue, from Hanford Street to Hinds Street; Beacon Avenue, from Hanford Street to Spokane Street produced; Hanford Street, from Beacon Avenue to 17th Avenue South; Spokane Street and Spokane Street produced, from 17th Avenue South to 15th Avenue South; and Lyons Street and Lyons Street produced, from 15th Avenue South to 13th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, and including as a part of said improvement the construction of a wooden box outfall sewer along Hinds Street, from 13th Avenue South to 9th Avenue South; from Hinds Street to Lander Street, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2099 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
