Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, in the City of Seattle, from the East margin of 4th Avenue South to the west margin of 5th Avenue South; by planking the same with timbers 6" X 6", laid diagonally, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2121 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
