Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from the south margin of Main Street to the south margin of Jackson Street, by planking the same with timbers 6" X 6" laid diagonally, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2120 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
