Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boren Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Valley Street; Terry Avenue, from Denny Way to a point 240 feet north of Valley Street; Harrison Street, Republican Street and Mercer Street, each from Fairview Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Valley Street, from Westlake Avenue to Fairview Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2119 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
