Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue Northwest, from Canoe Place to West Seventy-fifth Street; Twenty-first Avenue Northwest, Twenty-second Avenue Northwest and Jones Avenue Northwest, each from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 2081 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
