Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hanford Street, from Thirty-seventh Avenue South to Thirty-third Avenue South; Horton Street, from Thirty-seventh Avenue South to the west line of the York Addition, and Walden Street, from the west line of the York Addition to Rainier Avenue; Thirty-sixth Avenue South, Thirty-fifth Avenue South and Thirty-fourth Avenue South, each from Spokane Street to Hanford Street; Thirty-third Avenue South, from Horton Street to Hanford Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and Horton Street, from Thirty-seventh Avenue South to the west line of York Addition and Walden Street from the west line of York Addition to Rainier Avenue, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2028 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
