Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fairview Avenue from Mercer Street to Lake Union; Minor Avenue North, from Mercer Street to Aloha Street; Pontius Avenue, from Mercer Street to Roy Street; Howard Avenue North, from Mercer Street to Almy Street; Almy Street and Ward Street, each from Howard Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; Aloha Street from Minor Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; Valley Street and Roy Street, each from Fairview Avenue to Eastlake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same with five inch planks to a width of twenty (20) feet; provided that twenty-five (25) per cent of the cost of said improvement shall be borne by the General Fund of the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2088 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
